Misae shook her head helplessly and went inside. She suddenly felt that the atmosphere inside was a bit strange, but she couldn't figure out what it was for a moment.

"Xiao Xu, are any people coming to visit?" Misae asked while changing her shoes.

Just as Mingxu was about to answer, Guangzhi, feeling uncomfortable in the closet, couldn't help but cough. The cough sounded particularly abrupt in the quiet room, and Meiya immediately became alert, asking, "Who's over there?" as she walked towards the closet.

"Okay, then I won't stand on ceremony." Kawaguchi agreed without hesitation, since they were already quite familiar with each other.

After coming out of the bathroom, Hiroshi felt much more refreshed. He smiled and said to Kawaguchi, "Let's just eat at home today and have some drinks."

Kawaguchi nodded and smiled in response, "I know your cooking skills very well, sister-in-law. You're in for a treat today."

Misae went into the kitchen and started working. Soon, an enticing aroma wafted from the kitchen.

Mingxu helped Meiya bring the dishes she had prepared to the table. Looking at the plates of food that looked and smelled delicious, he couldn't help but exclaim, "Mom, the food you made looks so delicious!"

Misae laughed and said, "You're so sweet-talking. Eat more later."

Soon, all the dishes were served, and everyone sat around the table, enjoying the delicious food and chatting in a very harmonious atmosphere.

After finishing his meal, Kawaguchi got up to leave. He said to Hiroshi and Misae, "Thank you for your hospitality today, seniors and sisters-in-law. I'll be going now."

Hiroshi and Misae quickly got up to see him off. Hiroshi said, "Kawaguchi, come visit us often when you have time."

Kawaguchi smiled and nodded, saying, "Okay, senpai, I'll definitely come again." With that, he left the Nohara family.
